Cocktails are great, right? A well-made, well-timed, and ice-cold cocktail on a summer afternoon with a good friend. Not much can compete with that.

Cocktail making has been a huge interest of mine for years. The origin stories, the variations, and the methodologyinvolved makes this topic both deep and fun.

But I had no intention of making a book or make this little site at first. What I really wanted was a book containing a small but solid cocktail selection with easy guides to get it done right. I couldn’t find one and here we are.

On this site and in the book, you will find a wide selection of cocktails. Most of them are celebrated classics from the early years ofcocktail making. I’ve also included a few recent ones along with variations that I really like.
